The Hyatt Regency in downtown Phoenix was the home of our first Western Conference. An all-star group of 15 instructors presenting 12 hours of CE for members and non-members alike. Over 60% of our participation was west of the Mississippi, with California and Arizona heavily represented. 40% of the attendees were first-timers, with many non-members looking to become members. The size of the event with close to 200 participants, made networking easy and productive for markets, wholesalers and retailers alike. Plus, we had a large contingent of representatives from London in attendance.
