Annual Conference – Safety & Health Guidelines2021-09-03T11:33:54-04:00

2021 ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Safety & Health Guidelines

Our primary goal is the health and safety of members. We will not require attendees to be vaccinated but will ask all attendees to comply with all current CDC, local public health, and hotel guidelines at the time of the event. We will monitor developments and communicate with registered attendees leading up to the event. Should you feel uncomfortable attending the Conference in-person, we will be happy to move your registration to our virtual platform.

Because we need to advise the hotel of the number of attendees for meal purposes, we request that you advise us of your decision no later than September 10.

We are closely following updates in the ongoing public health situation. We are excited to see everyone at our Annual Conference scheduled for October 6-8 in Orlando. We’ve seen strong registration and are eager to host this in-person and virtual event after much time apart.

The safety of our members, speakers and staff are our highest priority. We ask all attendees to follow and respect our Safety & Health Tips below.

Get vaccinated! The CDC recommends vaccinations and MCIEF encourages all attendees to get vaccinated prior to attending our annual conference

Cancel your attendance if you aren’t feeling well prior to traveling to Orlando, we will be happy to move you to our virtual platform

Respect and practice social distancing when possible and avoid greeting others with physical contact.

Mask up! Masks are encouraged in busy indoor spaces and will be available at MCIEF’s registration desk.

Wash your hands frequently and use hand sanitizer. Hand sanitizer stations will be placed throughout the meeting facilities.

Enjoy! Let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
