As a Hartford, Connecticut native, Joe developed under various professional roles in Underwriting, Claims and Product Development at The Hartford and Travelers Insurance companies since 2003. He founded U.S. Marine Insurance Group in 2015 and released the Combined Transportation & Supply Chain Coverages TM, a comprehensive insurance policy designed to address the most complex operations and exposures for all parties in the Supply Chain. Joe holds several insurance clause copyrights with the Federal Trademark Office and has provided subject matter expertise as a speaker for the TIA (Transportation Intermediary Association), TLA (Transportation Lawyers Association), MCIEF (Motor Carrier Insurance Education Foundation), various state Trucking Associations and other reputable institutions.
