Tony Sarchet

Division Claims Manager – Lancer Insurance Company

Tony Sarchet is currently with Lancer Insurance Company, a Division of Core Specialty. He is based out of Jacksonville, Florida as a Division Claims Manager where he’s been since 2016. Upon completion of his tour of duty with the United States Navy he attended the University of North Florida. Unsure of a career path at the time, he partnered with Dr. Kip and Dr. Jones who were retired insurance professionals and faculty at UNF. He received a degree in Insurance with a minor in Business from UNF in 1984. While involved in different capacities within the Insurance Industry, Tony gravitated to Commercial Transportation and the Trucking Industry where he has been for the last 35 years. He has worked for John Deere Transportation, Sentry Insurance, Carolina Casualty and currently at Lancer Insurance. Tony served on the Board of Directors for the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA) for nine years and is a lifetime member of the Jacksonville Claims Association. While Tony has enjoyed a stellar career in the Transportation Insurance Industry, he will tell you that the greatest accomplishment in his life are his two children Robert & Mikayla who he enjoys spending time with. Other milestone achievements include obtaining the rank of Eagle Scout and being the first person in his family to graduate from college.
