Our current CEO/COO Joe Hutelmyer has decided to retire a second time (he says this time is for good) effective May 31 of this year. Joe took over as the leader of MCIEF during an extremely challenging time. With the onset of the pandemic, the world as we know it was dramatically changing and Joe lead the way for all of us at MCIEF. He quickly shifted our delivery of world-class education by moving to a hybrid and virtual class delivery. Joe accepted the challenge and worked with the team to guide our foundation through these challenging times. We thank Joe for his leadership and all he has done to continue to advance the MCIEF strategic agenda.
Without skipping a beat, we are pleased to announce that John Love, former principal of W.E. Love and Associates and an industry veteran of 40 years, has agreed to assume Joe’s position and lead the team. John has served on the Foundation Board of Directors, most recently as Chairman, and has been involved with the Foundation since its inception.
Please join me in wishing Joe the best in the next chapter of his life and welcome John in his new role leading the Foundation.
