Guillermo Carbajal is the director of C&C Safety Smoke Check LLC dedicated to carrying out the emissions inspections required by the California Air Resources Board (CARB), the company is also dedicated to training and consulting about Federal rules and regulations for the transportation of passengers, cargo and hazardous materials in The United States, Canada and Mexico. As an expert in the field, with NAS part A and B, Passenger Vehicle and General Hazmat certifications, I dedicated the last 8 years of my career to train US/MEX transportation companies on federal motor carrier transportation rules. I was 1 of 4 Officers founders of the Arizona Department of Transportation BORDER LIAISON UNIT that dedicated 100% of their time to educate commercial industry. I have been awarded with several recognition awards from the State of Arizona, The State of Sonora and private industry for my collaboration, dedicated commitment and service to USA and International partnerships ensuring the Safety of the Citizens of Arizona and across the Country.
