With nearly twenty years of legal experience I’ve handled various legal issues ranging from complex commercial matters through simple contract drafting and enforcement actions. Presently, I serve as General Counsel for Saddle Creek Logistics Services and am responsible for all legal matters involving the company. As part of my role I handle the negotiation, drafting and administration of the company’s numerous contracts, manage all litigation matters, as well as provide general legal advice to the corporate officers regarding issues which may affect the company.
