Work Entity represents proper selection of work Entity Type as well as all relevant membership information and agrees that all membership fees are due and fully earned upon issuance by MCIEF. Work Entity agrees to the One Member Name (irrespective of the number of branches) equals One membership policy of MCIEF. Multiple Work Entity Names require multiple Work Entity memberships to MCIEF. Work Entity agrees to be responsible for the management of their employees and sub-contractors eligible for access to MCIEF material via our Member Portal.
